Relationship Counseling typically does not involve placing blame. Some people seek out the advice of a therapist with the intention of hearing a conclusion upon who’s right and who’s wrong in a given instance or disagreement. Relationship counseling often does not have this as its goal or purpose.
“Happily ever after is not a fairy tale, it’s a choice”

Couples usually seek professional help when they find difficulty in expressing their feelings, criticism, infidelity, parenting concerns, abuse or even when they choose to improve or strengthen their bonding. Couple therapy is found to be helpful in building a strong foundation in your relationship and in order to prevent serious problems in the future.
This form of therapy will eventually create a safe space for you and your partner. Couple therapy is beneficial to build trust, deepening your intimacy and to take perspective of your partner.
